Read before changing batteries!
Before changing batteries, please call the monitoring station and ask them to put your system on test. For this, you will need your account information.
Please note that putting your batteries in backwards may damage the device. Remember to note the battery terminals.

You will need a CR123A Battery

1.
Remove the cover, pressing in from the side with the larger tab. Be careful not to damage the spring inside the device.

2.
Locate the battery.

3.
Gently remove the battery. You may use a small flathead screwdriver if this proves difficult.

4.
Note the battery terminals (+, -). Putting Batteries in Backwards can damage the Device.

5.
Place a new battery in the device (CR123A).

6.
Starting from the side with the smaller tab, replace the cover on the device. Press in until you hear a click.
